Can I change the delivery address?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address. Please check carefully, as once the order has been confirmed we will not be able to do anything further.
I can't pay online, what do I do?
If you are unable to pay online, please first check the availability of the item(s) and the correctness of the delivery address provided. If the information is complete and you are still unable to pay, please write to our Customer Care team at info@neftess.com
What are the different payment methods?
You can pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), via Paypal or Klarna for installment payments.
Has my order been accepted?
Your order is accepted when it appears as “ In Process ” in your NEFTESS account. When you place your order, you also receive a confirmation email with your order number, so don’t forget to check your spam folder.
